		a. Working Capital Financing Bank facilities for working capital are to assist business entrepreneurs to finance credit sales, enjoy trade discount, finance operating cost and finance secured contracts/ projects/ new orders. These are offered by Banks in the form of Overdraft, Term Loan, Multiple Trade Lines (LC, TR, BA, BG,SG,PG,FG) and etc. LIVIVA also assists business entrepreneurs to secure these facilities under governmental schemes up to RM3 million without charging any properties as collateral. b. Property Acquisition This financing is mainly for the purchase of commercial land and building for business purposes. For example, purchase of shoplot, factory or warehouses. Renovation and construction cost can also be financed by some of the Developmental Financial Institutions. c. Machinery Acquisition It is mainly to part finance the purchase of new / reconditioned machineries with margin of finance up to 90% for new machineries and up to 80% for reconditioned machineries. The repayment tenor can be up to 8 years. The interest rate can be as low as 2% p.a yearly rest. d. Refinancing The purposes of refinancing are mainly to acquire additional working capital, to enjoy cheaper cost of funding or the banking facilities have been recalled by the existing banker. e. Bridging Loan/ Project Financing This is mainly to assist those Property Developers, who are having financial difficulty in developing properties. It can partly finance the preliminaries, earthworks, infrastructure, construction cost as well as partly finance the purchase of land for development purpose or to redeem the encumbered land from existing banker.
